How the Process Works
- 1. Walk through and firm price. Send photos or meet us at the property. With posted upfront pricing by trailer load, you know the cost before anything moves.
- 2. Set aside what stays. Family keepsakes, paperwork, anything being kept or appraised gets separated first. We work around your keep pile and never rush this part.
- 3. We clear the home. Furniture, appliances, clothing, kitchenware, garage contents, all of it loaded and hauled in as few trips as possible. We break items down and pack the trailer tight so you pay for as little space as possible.
- 4. Usable items get donated. Furniture and household goods in good shape go to local donation centers instead of the landfill whenever possible.
- 5. Optional deep clean. Our cleaning team can follow the cleanout so the home is ready to list, rent or hand back to the bank in one booking.
How Long It Takes
Most single family estate cleanouts in our area take one day. Larger homes or heavily filled properties can take two. If you are out of state, we can handle the entire job remotely with photo updates along the way, which is common for families clearing a parent's home in Punta Gorda, Cape Coral or Naples from somewhere up north.
What It Costs
We charge by how much trailer space the load uses, and every price is posted on our website. A quarter trailer starts at $125 and a full 11 yard trailer is $450, with additional trailers priced the same way. Stairs add $25 per flight on loading jobs and heavy materials like concrete or stone carry an added fee. That is the whole list. No walkthrough games and no surprise number at the end.
