The Local Crew That Posts Its Prices

Locally owned. Licensed & insured. And allergic to the phrase "we'll have to come out and take a look first."

Who We Are

EMS Junk Removal & More is a locally owned and operated property services company serving all of Southwest Florida โ€” Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, and everywhere in between. We started with one trailer and one belief: people shouldn't have to schedule an appointment just to find out what junk removal costs.

So we did the thing the big franchises won't โ€” we put our prices on the internet. A quarter trailer is $125. A full one is $450. Cleaning is $45 an hour. The dump trailer rental is $350. And the add-ons that do exist โ€” stairs, heavy materials like concrete โ€” are posted right alongside, not hiding behind an asterisk.

The "& More" Is Real

Junk removal got us started, but our customers kept asking for more โ€” so we kept saying yes. Today that means residential and commercial cleaning, home watch for seasonal residents, full property cleanouts, and DIY dump trailer rentals. One local number for all of it: (239) 799-1246.

How We Work

๐Ÿท๏ธ

Upfront Pricing

The price you see posted is the price you pay. We'd rather earn trust than play games with quotes.

Show-Up Speed

Same-day and next-day service โ€” because junk you've finally decided to ditch shouldn't get a second chance.

Neighbor Treatment

We live here too. Donations over dumpsters when items deserve a second life, and properties left cleaner than we found them.

Owner & Operator

Meet Erick Sabillon

Before EMS, Erick spent more than twelve years behind the wheel as a CDL truck driver โ€” hauling cars cross-country on over-the-road runs and working local routes here in Southwest Florida. A dozen years of tight deadlines and other people's valuables on your trailer teaches you two things for life: show up when you said you would, and treat what you're hauling like it's your own.

The idea for EMS came from seeing the other side of the property business. Working alongside his wife, Britany โ€” who owns a local real estate brokerage โ€” Erick watched homeowners and sellers run into the same wall over and over: needing a cleanout or a haul-away and not being able to get a straight price out of anyone without an appointment and a sales pitch. He knew he could do it better. So when he started EMS, the rule was simple: the prices go on the website, and the price you see is the price you pay.

These days you'll find Erick where the work is โ€” on the trailer at a job, or on the phone with the crew making sure every pickup runs the way he'd run it himself. Nothing goes out the door at EMS without his eyes on it.

When he's off the clock, he's usually traveling with Britany or hanging out with their dog, Kona โ€” who remains the only member of the family with zero interest in hauling anything.
